Long-term strategy
Royal Society Te Apārangi has developed a long-term strategy that will guide us over the next 20 years, to our 175th anniversary in 2042. It reflects our ambition to be an organisation that makes a positive difference in our nation.
The strategy is designed to enable transformation – for the Society, for our Members, and with a flow-on effect for all communities in Aotearoa New Zealand.
Our vision is for an Aotearoa New Zealand that is guided and inspired by science and research.

This work has been informed by a 6-month process of engagement with the Society’s broad membership and key stakeholders. The Society engaged consultants, MartinJenkins, to gather this feedback and prepare a report.
