Reporting on your ISB Congress attendance experiences
To help Royal Society Te Apārangi learn more about the benefits of the James G Hay Travel Award, we ask award recipients to report on their experiences from attending the ISB Congress.
Your reports should contain the following information:
Section 1: Tell us about your experiences from the conference.
There is no set template for this section. You could consider commenting on what you gained from attending the conference, conference highlights, comments on your own presentation, networking opportunities, new collaborations, or anything else you think would be relevant. Typically, this section would be about one page long but could be shorter or longer as relevant.
Section 2: A transcript or copy of your presentation.
You should append a transcript or copy of your presentation to your report, e.g. a power point presentation or a digital copy of your poster. If your presentation is based on a recent publication, we would also appreciate a copy of this paper.
Please email your report to international.applications@royalsociety.org.nz no later than 1 month after the ISB Congress. Please also note that your report may be uploaded to this website under the James G Hay Travel Award recipients page.
