Contract reporting

Reporting on the progress of the programme of research is a contractual obligation for all grant recipients.  Reporting due dates are detailed in the individual funding Contracts. Reports should be completed on the appropriate reporting template given below.

Activity report templates

Reports should be submitted electronically to the address: International.Applications@royalsociety.org.nz

Acknowledging the grant

Funding supported by New Zealand Government

Acknowledge, when and where appropriate, the provision of funding support from the New Zealand Government by using the following phrase: “Supported by the [insert relevant fund here] from Government funding, administered by the Royal Society of New Zealand” or similar wording.

Non-Government funding

Other funds, such as the James G Hay and SCAR Travel Awards will have specific requirements to acknowledge their funding support. Please refer to the specific programme guidelines or contact us to confirm.
