Steven’s hugely successful and impressive project consisted of a Remotely Operated Vessel (ROV) which is a prototype designed to perform hull inspections on boats to look for hull damage, hidden contraband and the leakage of contaminates such as oil or other chemicals into the water. The ROV is also useful for search and recovery.
