2015 NZIFST CREST Challenge Teams

Teams from around the country worked on developing a variety of products including, dairy free/low sugar and non-allergenic cream, sports beverages, meat products, sauces, super-food snacks and even developing a novel food product using grape skins as either an ingredient or as a base of an ingredient.
