Published 16 April 2025New Ngā Ahurei Fellows welcomed
The latest cohort of elected Ngā Ahurei (Fellows) were officially inducted at a special event at Royal Society Te Apārangi on Tuesday.
Distinguished Professor Dame Jane Harding FRSNZ, President of the Society, welcomed the new Fellows when the Academy met on 15 April, noting that all have been selected because they have achieved international distinction in science, technology, or the humanities.
"We welcome the input of this year's cohort of Fellows towards the Society's vision of an Aotearoa New Zealand guided and inspired by science and research.”
